Summary of Key Terms

• License: Personal, revocable, non-transferable use on devices you own.
• Trial & Purchase: Each installation gets one three-day full-access trial; afterward Premium unlock is a single Google Play payment tied to your account.
• Storage: Your content stays local; there is no in-app backup workflow.

License & Scope

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the App or its assets.

Premium Unlock & Billing

Every Google Play installation starts a single three-day free trial that unlocks the entire App. After the trial expires, the App requires the one-time in-app purchase (full_access) to keep saving entries. Google processes payments and notifies us only whether the entitlement is owned. Ownership is tied to the Google account used during purchase, enabling restoration whenever you sign into the same account. The in-app reset flow does not restart the trial, and device backup settings determine whether a reinstall restores the remaining time.

Refunds: Follow Google Play support flows for refund eligibility; we do not issue refunds directly.

User Content & Local Storage

Your entries, attachments, and security settings live in an encrypted local database. We do not host or sync content to remote services. The app no longer provides encrypted export/import; use device-level backups if you need off-device copies.

Data Deletion

• Reset App Data: The in-app reset option permanently deletes local tables and caches, returns the App to onboarding, and preserves Premium entitlement.
• Uninstall: Removing the App deletes its sandboxed files per Android behavior.
• No in-app backup: Use your device's backup tools before a reset or uninstall if you want redundant copies.

We are not responsible for loss of content resulting from your deletion actions.

Privacy

Data handling, permissions, and security practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy. That document is incorporated by reference.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we provide medical, psychological, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as features evolve. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision, and significant updates will be communicated via release notes or in-app messaging.
